September 6, 2016 Board Meeting Agenda Item #33 Title APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT #7 WITH HARVARD JOLLY ARCHITECTURE FOR THE SARASOTA HIGH SCHOOL RENOVATION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT Description The scope of work for the amendment shall include additional services work associated with: The redesign of Building #5 interior spaces to accommodate changes made to the JROTC floor plan along with the changes made to the second floor art classrooms, in order to provide dual functionality (traditional and digital) to each of these classroom spaces. This includes all architectural changes and all mechanical, electrical and plumbing changes. Recommendation That Amendment #7 to the Agreement dated May 1, 2012 with Harvard Jolly Architecture for the Sarasota High School Renovation and New Construction project be approved as presented.
